I am a PMP-accredited project manager with over 10 years experience specializing in technology-driven business change projects. I specialize in leading initiatives with a large change management and user-readiness component, believing a successful project is one in which both deliverables are met and individuals are fully prepared and engaged to use them.
My background is in leading the implementation of mission-critical systems, beginning with my work in healthcare redesigning workflow to support digital imaging, through to leading complex billing implementations integrated with multiple business support systems and supporting the workflow of numerous stakeholder groups. A common thread for most of my projects has been an active and deep engagement with business analysis to identify and document systems requirements to support business change, then leading the implementation of that work as a project manager. Along the way, I’ve led PCI compliance initiatives, developed and delivered custom software training programs, and gained a deep appreciation for formal organizational change practices to support technological change, and the importance of integrating those practices with every aspect of project management.
I’m pleased to have worked as a product manager, guiding the development of business systems to better meet the needs of current and prospective customers, and to manage the product roadmap, feature enhancements, and implement formal practices for documenting requirements.
